Rules
- Winning outcome: company whose model holds #1 on the specified benchmark set at Jan 31, 2026 23:59:59 UTC.
- Benchmarks defined ex-ante; if unavailable, DAO selects closest public leaderboard.
- Void if no benchmark available or rankings frozen; funds return pro-rata.
- Dispute: 24h after oracle post; DAO override possible.
- Final oracle/DAO decision settles redemption on-chain.

- Fallback: DAO vote with quorum + timelock.
- Dispute window: 24h after oracle post.
