Rules

- Winning outcome: leader officially recognized at that date.
- Void/push if recognition is unresolved; deposits return pro-rata.
- Sources: international recognition + official government statements; DAO can override within dispute window.
- 24h dispute window; final oracle/DAO decision settles the pool on-chain.

- Snapshot at event deadline (block-based).
- Eligibility: wallets holding ≥100,000 $SOLLY at snapshot.
- Vote options: one leader outcome or Void; no slashing; one final choice per wallet.
- Results posted after oracle/dispute finalization.
- Anti-flash: snapshot-gated; voting is free; balances unchanged.
Rewards (Airdrop)
- Correct voters receive airdrop from prize pool pro-rata to snapshot balance.
- Incorrect voters are not penalized.
- Claim opens after oracle finality/dispute window.
- Prize pool funded from trading fees and buybacks; 50% of buyback tokens burn for deflation.

- Primary: Chainlink oracle with predefined sources; fallback: DAO vote with quorum + timelock.
- Dispute window: 24h after oracle post.
- Oracle/DAO finality settles SOLLY-YES / SOLLY-NO redemption.
Buyback & prize pool
3–5% trading fee (or dedicated reserve) funds automated buybacks of $SOLLY. Bought-back tokens: 50% burn for deflation, 50% flow to the prize pool for correct voters after resolution, keeping liquidity and rewards alive.
